Pioneer Maintenance & Repair Co. has been delivering results since we opened in California in 2010. The company moved to Florida in 2012. However, our goals have never changed; they are to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers.

Corporate Bio
My name is Nate Hoover, I was a professional in the metalworking and injection mold-making industry for some years. Corporate restructuring eliminated our department and jobs. I took my knowledge and aptitude for creation and repair into the world of construction. Starting as a handyman in Southern California In 2010, I soon became a licensed California State Contractor. An unforeseen move to Central Florida meant having to re-establish the business there. Bringing a professional attitude and a high regard for both people and communications has enabled me to build a successful, growing business in the local Florida market. I love working with individuals on their projects and seeing the finished results. My personal philosophy is: “Treat every project -and potential customer- with the utmost respect.”
